Shipping

All in stock orders will be processed and be shipped within 1 week. All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS whenever possible.

Shipping is calculated by quantity of pieces and begins at $11. Each additional piece is $2. If you place multiple orders, your orders will be automatically combined as if you had a multi-piece order and your excess shipping refunded!

Currently shipping only to the US and Canada. Greater International Shipping is currently not supported. If you do want something sent abroad, please reach out via email and we can get a custom quote.

*Large orders: If you place a large order you might be contacted separately to cover shipping costs if they differ greatly from what you paid.

*Canada: Your shipping cost is approximated, you may be contacted to pay the difference if you are getting a large number or a large sized piece. Your items will ship a little later than domestic.

Returns

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. The buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping and be responsible for safely packing the products being returned. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased.

Replacement Program

Did you or someone in your home drop a piece? Did it crack or break? Fill out the Replacement Form and you'll get a response with next steps. Broken pieces will be remade on request outside of a drop and at a 10% discount of current full price. A photo of the piece is required when submitting the form. If your piece is a discontinued style we can select a comparable piece to replace it with. Note that it will likely take several months for you to get your piece. So have patience!

Commissions

Custom orders are no longer accepted. I’ve realized that I have a hard time focusing on small tasks, so for the sake of pushing out larger shop updates I am no longer taking on any custom projects. It’s just not efficient for me at this point, sorry!

NYC Pickup

Those who would like to pickup orders in person can chose 'NYC Pickup' upon checkout. Pickup will be in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I will offer pickup hours on Saturdays/Tuesdays/Thursdays during which you can reserve a time slot.

Expect a follow up email with options and directions! If you reserve a time slot and you can’t make it, please notify me even if it’s last minute. I wait for the pickups and it’s just respectful of my time to let me know that you will not be coming.

If you fail to pickup your piece or schedule a pickup within 2 months after your purchase, you will receive an email warning and then your order will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.

Disclaimer

All products are handmade, this results in natural variations in finish and size. All listed dimensions are approximations.

All glazes used are food safe. While all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, it is recommended to hand-wash all ceramics, to protect the surface from abrasion overtime.

Please use discretion when buying pieces. Any order with more than 4 pieces will be subject to be cancelled and refunded. Please leave some for others!
